Vitamin Spice seasonings lineJan 27, 2009 - (SyndicateMyNews) - A toss-up between healthy eating and flavoring, Vitamin Spice (Otcbb: VTMS; German WKN: A0YCND) products are beginning to grab a wider audience after the Company entered into a co-brand marketing deal with the popular television network program Iron Chef. Meanwhile, the value rating of VTMS' shares have increased.

Vitamin-Spice was featured in an AXcess News story in mid-December after the former CEO of Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE: WMT), Bill Fields, became a Director. Fields' Texas-based marketing company had signed up to represent VTMS' vitamin-laced spices worldwide. Shortly after that story was published, the Company announced a marketing deal with Amdistco to market a co-brand variety of Vitamin-Spice's seasonings on Iron Chef. The deal was consummated and the co-brand variety of vitamin-laced spices introduced on Monday.

Market researcher, Market Advisors, gave an initial price target of $1.25 on Vitamin Spice's shares on January 19th. So far, the Wayne Pennsylvania-based Company's shares have shown minor gains.

Vitamin Spice founder Ed Bukstel said his Company was pleased with Market Advisors' outlook.

"To know that respected individuals in the investment community continue to monitor our development and are willing to confirm their beliefs on the future of our organization is truly exciting," said Bukstel.

Bukstel could be looking at other marketing agreements with major retailers, considering the ex-Wal-Mart executive, Ed Fields', book of contacts in retail consumer goods. Outside of the Iron Chef co-brand deal, Vitamin Spice has been tight-lipped about other marketing agreements, though Bukstel did say that "Amdistco has already received strong indications of interest from national retailers."

"In relation to that point, we are currently in negotiations with several companies who wish to co-brand with us," added Ed Bukstel.
